I've had a really busy weekend. I replaced the steering rack with one from Super ATV (Rackboss), and I replaced all the ball joints (Super ATV Heavy Duty - Greasable). Before I started, I didn't have a camber issue in the front. After installation of the steering rack and ball joints, I have a very negative camber issue. I didn't make any adjustments to the shocks.

Looking for some suggestions on how to remedy. Please share your thoughts.

Daughters new XP 1000, just over 50 hrs. Last trip to Oregon Dunes, belt making noise all the time. So bad I can hear it in my machine ahead of her. Dealer says out of warranty. Is this the roller issue or something else. Called Hunter works. Todd out for week. Turned here for your input, before I order a bunch of parts and tools.

I noticed on my machine the belt is just touching the inside sheave on the primary. It seems to be causing excessive heat and squealing. I Dont see how I could shim the secondary or primary though on this model, 18 xp1000. How much clearance should it have?

Has anyone replaced the OEM Allen head drain plugs with regular hex head drain bolts? I believe the engine oil drain is a 12mmx1.5 from what research I can find. Does anyone know what size drain plug goes in the transaxle thread wise? I found some drain bolts on eBay that are hex head with magnets and wanted to try it.

Hi everyone! We just bought a 2018 Rzr Xp4 1000....it has the triple x bench seat with .50cal harnesses in the back. We've never had the harnesses and want to install our little ones carseat so she can't enjoy the trails too! Has anyone used the harnesses to strap in a carseat or does anyone have any advice on how to do this so she is secure? Thanks!

Ever since I got my xp1k new it has had a rattle in low gear well today I was investigating it and it does it around 4K rpm in low or neutral I narrowed it down to my secondary bc once I take the belt off it goes away. I installed the hunter works roller kit but didn’t change the rattle noise. The machine barely has over 100 miles on it. If I can figure out how to post a video I will. Thanks

I have a 2017 XP1000 ride command RZR. I have 32" crawlers and a QSC clutch kit. When I let off the gas, right before it goes into free spool, it sounds like clutch is going to explode. Then it goes away when it goes into free spool. I was told by RVS this is normal. It doesn't sound normal at all!!!??

Hi all. i'm looking at replacing my factory Big Horns with something a little more aggressive. I am going to keep my stock rims at the moment. I've narrowed it down to 2 tires (open to suggestions) and need to keep same width and not be wider.

1. ITP Cryptid 30x10-14 (Rear) and 30-9-14 (Front)
2. Maxxis Carnivore 30-10-14 all the way around.

any help is appreciated on if I will stay the same width.

Hey how’s everybody doing. I just got a set of 32 in ultra cross tires and was wondering what a good starting air pressure might be. Ride mostly hard pack fast wide open trailers. Thanks for any help

Guys I am looking at picking up an XP 1000. I need to buy a trailer. It seems based on specs that an xp1000 and sportsman (loaded sideways) should fit on 14 foot trailer. Does anyone run that config? Thanks

Hi all after I learned that towing would ruin my belt I decided to buy a winch. I installed it and found out that the key doesn't even have to be turned for the winch to work. Will this drain my battery?

Took the bike to my shop this week and started installing some parts. I chose to go with waterproof fuse box that comes really nicely built. set up for 5 relays and 5 additional fused outlets. Also made an aluminum plate just under the gauge hood inside the bike to put terminals and relays. went ahead and installed horn just behind the radiator and a 3/4 radiator line cooler just behind it. I will be adding 2 more coolers in the rear.

I'm going on Tuesday to price out a 2018 RZR 1000 Highlifter 2 Seater. Because I'm north of the border I'm trying to order as much Polaris Accessories as possible because shipping over the border is pretty expensive on SXS accessories.

I've got a small list of items I'm looking at and wondering what am I not thinking about and of the items I put down here is there anything I need to be careful of?

I Want to put a turbo hood on my rzr. Been looking at the Maier turbo hood but can only find one pic of it on the web and it's from maiers site. Wondering if anyone is running this hood and has some pics?. Just kinda want to see how it looks and functions. I know most run the Polaris one and I'm just looking for something a little different. Does anyone know of a place that will install the XTC Street kit? I live in St George, have a new XP 1000 but don’t feel comfortable trying to install it (I may have to if push comes to shove). I’ll do my own mechanical work but just not comfortable trying to run wires and the harness. (I’m 67 and can’t weasel around on the ground trying to feed the harness!)

I lost 1 of these metal straps that connects to the front on the frame and supports the skid plate. I have looked at a few parts places and I see the part but no part number.

Look at this diagram. The part I need is shown above #22 & below #12. You will see 2 of them, they are in bold but not labeled where I could find a part number. Do you know what the part number is and/or where I can get these?
